Urban Silo Market Return/Exchange Policy

Here at Urban Silo Market we want to ensure you absolutely love your purchase. We also want to support you in exchanging that perfect item if you find that it does not work for your home. We have customized return/exchange policies based on the brands that we have and the nature of the order. If you have any questions please give us a call and we will be happy to help you through any situation with our items to the best of our ability. Please note, eligible returns will be processed in the form of a gift card from Urban Silo Market and not to the orginal form of payment.

Urban Silo Market reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new/as-sold condition due to damage or misuse by the customer, when the item does not meet the required return/exchange guidelines. Tags, lables and packaging must also be still on the item as it was sold.

The above applies to all brands, style & items sold at Urban Silo Market.

Floor Model Furniture

Floor model furniture items are discounted when sold and are final sale.

Home Accessories & Gifts

All accessories that are sold in house can be returned/exchanged within seven (7 ) days of the item being purchased while meeting our exchange/return restrictions above. All Tags, stickers and packaging must be in place and the item must not have been used. If item is not in orginal form in which it was purchased it will not be accepted as a return/exchange. All returns will be given in the form of an Urban Silo Market Gift card and not back to the orginal form of payment.

Special Order Returns/Re-selections (Includes but not limited to Furniture & Rugs)

Special Ordered returns/refusals due to damage need to be reported & processed at the time of delivery/pickup. Pictures of the damage, the signed forms will be required for any damage return claim to be processed. Items accepted at time of delivery or picked up without a damage report completed and signed are final sale and will not be accepted as a return or replacement.

Special order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Your initial delivery fee is non refundable and a new delivery fee may be charge for the replacement item. Prices paid at the time of purchase are final.

Any Changes/Cancelations must take place within 24 hours of the order. Any changes/Cancelations after 24 hours or after the item(s) is in transit to the store the original order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom Wall Signs

Custom order returns due to customer preference or any other reason will not be accepted as these items have been created special to you. Replacements on custom orders will be limited to manufacturer defects only.

Price Matching – Polywood, Magnolia Home & Cariloha

Urban Silo Market will review any price match request for any Brand Licensed Retailer carrying the brand and item in question. All price match requests are required to be submitted to usm.orders@gmail.com. Please ensure you include a link to the online advertisement for the lower price. All requests will be reviewed within 24 hours of submitting with required information. Price matching approval must take place before the item is purchased. All prices are final after time of purchase.

Shipping Guidelines

Urban Silo Market offers shipping services to customers who want to shop in the comfort of their homes. We only utilize trusted couriers, particularly FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping is within 2–3 days for items we have in stock, 1–2 weeks for custom items, and 3–4 weeks for rugs and furniture.

Our shipping rates depend on the item and preferred method of delivery. We deliver to certain areas depending on the item—whether or not it requires a white-glove delivery.

We provide replacements for items that are damaged upon delivery or have quality defects. For the latter, you’ll need to fill out a quality/defect return form that we will review and process.
